About This Game

Tap to the beat and make the monkey dance! Hit the notes as they reach the rings, keep the crowd cheering and unlock outfits, dances and stages. Shake It Monkey is a free rhythm game from Xoana Studios with over 1,000 levels, ready to play in your browser on phone or computer.

Every level is a little dance party. Colored notes fall down four lanes, and every tap right on the ring keeps the crowd on its feet. String your hits together, watch the combo climb and see how long you can keep the monkey shaking!

  • Tap 4 lanes in time with the music and land PERFECT, GREAT and GOOD hits. On a computer, use the arrow keys or W A S D
  • Over 1,000 levels, each with 1 to 3 stars to earn
  • 4 upbeat songs that change as you play through the levels, plus win and lose tunes
  • A cheering crowd that dances with you and reacts to your combos and misses, with stage lights that pulse to the beat
  • Special notes: Banana notes make your monkey extra chubby, Fire notes heat up the stage, and flaming notes start a CRAZY DANCE
  • Build combos for up to a x5 score multiplier, and keep a streak going for a BONUS shake that doubles your points and coins
  • Earn coins as you play and spend them in the Shake It Monkey Shop
  • Daily gifts, 3 goals to finish for coins, and a Star path that unlocks special dances
  • A leaderboard of your best scores on this device

Pro Tip: Don't Tap Empty Lanes

Tapping a lane with no note breaks your combo. Wait for the note to reach the ring, then tap right on it for a PERFECT.
